• You practice independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support.

• Our role is to remove administrative work so you can focus on patient care.

• This model works best for clinicians who value delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).

• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).

• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $90K

• Signing bonus offered.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Remote position - work from anywhere.

• No call required.

• Flexible scheduling available.
