Key Responsibilities
- Laurel Oaks is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as Milieu Manager. The Milieu Manager is Responsible for providing real-time training and coaching of new MHTs on the units, to include completion of competency assessments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Three years of experience as a mental health technician or an equivalent position.
- Three years of management experience in a hospital or mental health facility.
- Expertise with MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Mail/Webmail).
