Key Responsibilities

The Lead Therapist provides clinical services to youth while mentoring staff and supporting program operations. They also lead professional development initiatives and ensure high standards of care within the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a valid California BBS registration (ASW, AMFT, or APCC). A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background clearances are also required.
