Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Nurse will provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for oncology patients in an outpatient setting. They will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage medical conditions, order diagnostic tests, and facilitate coordinated care transitions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. Experience in a relevant patient care setting and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
