We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join a dynamic, community based pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families throughout the Puget Sound region.

About the Role

The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health services to children ages 0 to 18, including individual and group therapy and co treatment with other disciplines.

You will work with a diverse caseload and use a variety of treatment approaches to support each child's unique needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group mental health therapy
  • Participating in co treatment with other disciplines
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs
  • Providing parent education and support
  • Developing and managing home programs
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress
  • Participating in team meetings and case discussions
  • Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Completing required clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities
  • Contributing to program development and continuous improvement

  • Completion of all required supervised clinical experience
  • Active Washington State license or credential as applicable, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW
  • Active credentialing with Washington State third party payers
  • Current CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide individual and group mental health services to children ages 0 to 18 while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment programs, managing home programs, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field and possess an active Washington State license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Completion of supervised clinical experience and current CPR certification are also required.
