Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Substance Use Disorder

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment and perform history and physical exams. They are also responsible for documenting in the EMR, entering medication orders, and supervising the dispensing of narcotic replacement therapy.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid licensure in the state of Arizona and possess at least 6 months of experience in addiction medicine or MAT. A satisfactory drug screen and background check are also required for employment.
