About the Role

Join The Museum of Flight as a Camp Support Counselor – Seasonal in United States.

Key Responsibilities

of this position includes the execution of relevant themed programming emphasizing STEM subjects that include aviation, space, robotics, and beyond.

This role works collaboratively with camp leadership to facilitate best camp outcomes.

Success in this role requires an understanding and willingness to work with campers, such as those who are neuro-divergent and other diverse clientele.

Good communication skills and timely responses to emerging needs to provide excellent customer service is essential.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.

Two (2) years of work experience in structured youth education programming. Prior experience in classroom, camps, experiential, formal or informal education preferred.

Work or other relevant experience working with youth with specific needs, specifically Autism, developmental delays, general anxiety, sensory processing disorders, and attention

deficit/hyperactivity disorders.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $50.4K - $51.5K

Seasonal position.

Day shift only - no nights.
