About the Role
Join The Museum of Flight as a Camp Support Counselor – Seasonal in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- of this position includes the execution of relevant themed programming emphasizing STEM subjects that include aviation, space, robotics, and beyond.
- This role works collaboratively with camp leadership to facilitate best camp outcomes.
- Success in this role requires an understanding and willingness to work with campers, such as those who are neuro-divergent and other diverse clientele.
- Good communication skills and timely responses to emerging needs to provide excellent customer service is essential.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of work experience in structured youth education programming. Prior experience in classroom, camps, experiential, formal or informal education preferred.
- Work or other relevant experience working with youth with specific needs, specifically Autism, developmental delays, general anxiety, sensory processing disorders, and attention
- deficit/hyperactivity disorders.

- Salary: $50.4K - $51.5K
Work Schedule
- Seasonal position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
