Key Responsibilities
The Supervising Counselor oversees the delivery of rehabilitative services within the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. They are responsible for supervising counseling staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with program documentation and certification standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current AOD certification recognized by the DHCS and possess at least two years of experience as a certified AOD counselor. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ARMS are required for this role.
