Sports Clinic Director & Physical Therapist

Join TRUE SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY as a Sports Clinic Director & Physical Therapist in Springfield, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction throughout the clinic to maintain and advance optimal clinic function.

• Collaborate with the management team to: develop and implement clinical policies and procedures; manage clinic budget, supplies and needs.

• Produce a majority of external patient referrals and facilitate the introduction of other staff PTs for these patients' care.

• Lead and manage new Staff PT onboarding to effectively train, mentor and coach new staff PTs and ensure effective company and clinic onboarding.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.

• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in sports rehabilitation.

• 6-12 months of leadership experience.

• Ability to obtain a Virginia license or PT compact privileges.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $90K - $100K

• Signing bonus offered.
