Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs based on comprehensive patient evaluations. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, goal-directed patient care.
Must hold a current Montana Physical Therapy license or a multi-state compact license. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and RQI Provider (BLS) certification.
