Key Responsibilities
Serve as the attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities while collaborating with NPs and PAs to manage daily care. Participate in quality initiatives including chronic care management, transitional care, and remote patient monitoring.
Requirements
Must hold an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in a relevant specialty such as Internal, Family, or Geriatric Medicine. New graduates are encouraged to apply provided they are actively pursuing licensing.
