Job description
Join Warm Valley Health Care as a Mental Health Therapist-DOYA NATSU Healing Center (ESRP) in Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment and aftercare plans.
- Facilitate client case coordination and multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the AccuCare system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support client outcomes.
Requirements
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAT/LPC (dual licensure), or Psychologist.
