Job description

Join Warm Valley Health Care as a Mental Health Therapist-DOYA NATSU Healing Center (ESRP) in Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized treatment and aftercare plans.
  • Facilitate client case coordination and multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the AccuCare system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support client outcomes.

Requirements

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAT/LPC (dual licensure), or Psychologist.
