Key Responsibilities

The Lead APRN provides direct patient care while supervising and mentoring the advanced practice team across urgent care centers. They collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical workflows, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and maintain adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing and possess an active, unrestricted APRN license. A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is required, along with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
