Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive clinical services including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients within the Eskenazi Health system. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current MD license in Indiana, possess current DEA and CSR registrations, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in their specialty. The role requires the ability to meet credentialing standards and a commitment to serving underserved populations.
