Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for completing patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid professional OT license in the state of practice and be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school. They must also be eligible to take or have passed the NBCOT exams.
