Key Responsibilities

The Physician Associate is responsible for patient care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ordering diagnostics and medications in collaboration with a supervising physician. They must maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with medical teams, patients, and families to ensure high-quality, safe care.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold NCCPA Board Certification. Additionally, New York State licensure, DEA licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
