Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner - High Risk Breast Cancer Screening Program

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct genetic risk consultations and interpret hereditary cancer testing to develop personalized surveillance plans for high-risk patients. They will also coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and support the operational workflows of the Ambry CARE High-Risk Screening Program.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies and possess an active New York State license. National board certification and experience in oncology or genetics are strongly preferred.
