Key Responsibilities

The Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant will oversee clinical operations, train staff, and ensure high-quality patient care across multiple locations. They will also provide chairside assistance, manage inventory, and coordinate with doctors and front-office personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must have several years of dental assisting experience, including leadership or supervisory roles, and hold valid X-ray and Coronal Polishing certifications. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with a strong understanding of Georgia dental insurance and Medicaid.
