Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients in their homes or care settings. They will also provide medical leadership and collaborative oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree with a current unrestricted state license and board certification in family practice, internal medicine, geriatric, or palliative care. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required for this field-based role.
