Key Responsibilities
The Provider Liaison Pharmacist is responsible for conducting provider education, training, and academic detailing to ensure compliance with TennCare programs. They also provide audit assistance and work closely with the clinical team to manage utilization programs and provider relations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD and possess a current, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, including at least 1 year in outpatient or retail settings, is required.
