The Per Diem Pharmacist is responsible for processing prescriptions, distributing medications, and providing medication information to patients. They also perform immunizations and ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations within a collaborative care team.
Candidates must hold a BA or PharmD in Pharmacy and possess a current pharmacist license in the state of employment. Additionally, they must be willing to complete LAI training and administer long-acting injectables.
