Key Responsibilities

The Verification Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality verification of compounded medications prior to dispensing. They collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflows while upholding high standards of patient safety and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License. A minimum of four years of experience in a pharmacy environment and knowledge of USP standards and state regulations are required.
