Day shift (7a-3:30p) behavioral therapist for child/adolescent partial hospitalization program. Pay $22.04-$36.37/hr.
Join Brown Medicine as a Sr. Behavioral Therapist – Day Shift in Providence, Rhode Island. Under the direction of Nurse Managernd Physician Director of the Hasbro Partial Hospitalization program, is responsible for the care and safety of assigned children. As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, assumes primary milieu therapist role.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Brown Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island.
Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Physician Director of the Hasbro Partial Hospitalization program, the therapist is responsible for the care and safety of assigned children and assumes the primary milieu therapist role within the multidisciplinary treatment team. This includes input into the therapeutic milieu treatment plan formulation, implementation, observation, and documentation of this program for children and adolescents.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Baccalaureate Degree in a Human Services field and demonstrate progressive responsibility and leadership development through three years of experience working with emotionally/behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents. Current crisis management and CPR certifications are also required.
