Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director will develop, implement, and evaluate clinical medical programs while expanding Aetna's medical management initiatives. They will also act as a clinical liaison to network providers and ensure consistent, timely responses to member and provider inquiries.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered state medical license and an M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in a recognized specialty. A minimum of two years of experience in health care delivery or the health care industry is required.
