We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

- What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Required:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
