About the Role

Join Summit BHC as a Physician - PRN, Substance Use Disorder Facility in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Provides clinical services to clients at the facility within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility policy or procedures.
  • · Reviews medical information on clients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations.
  • · Evaluates clients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
  • · Treats or direct treatment of clients, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications.

Requirements

  • · Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • · One or more years’ experience as a staff physician with the population served by the facility preferred.
