Key Responsibilities

The Lead Counselor provides clinical treatment, counseling, and support to clients recovering from addictions and mental health disorders. They also provide guidance and training to clinical staff while managing client assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a social services or mental health field and possess at least two years of post-Master’s professional experience. A current and valid professional licensure or certification as a social worker, therapist, or addiction counselor is required.
