Pacific Medical Group – Tigard, part of the family-owned Praxis Health network, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and well-established team. Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Passion for Primary Care
• Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women's health care
• Required: 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
• Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
• BE/BC
• Life in Tigard, OR

General Physical Requirements
