The BCBA will design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans while supervising behavior technicians and case supervisors. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments, provide parent coaching, and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess BCBA certification. At least two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
