Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist in Charge will lead the development and operation of the HRCHC pharmacy while ensuring safe, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing medication inventory, and maintaining adherence to the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree and possess an unrestricted Virginia pharmacist license. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, 340B requirements, and experience in an FQHC or community health setting is preferred.
