What you'll do as a 21st Century Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant:
Examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Work with patients to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles.

- To be a success as a 21st Century Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant:
- License PTA in California
- Home Health experience is highly preferred
- Current CPR License
- Current CA Driver's License
- Computer Proficiency

* You will be assigned a primary location; however, you may occasionally be asked to provide coverage outside of that area. This may include supporting vacancies, leaves of absence, higher patient census, or other client care needs. While 21st Century Home Health makes every effort to maintain your primary territory, temporary reassignments may be necessary to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will examine patients to develop treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. They will also work with patients to develop fitness and wellness programs to prevent mobility loss and encourage healthier lifestyles.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license and a current CPR certification. A valid California driver's license and the ability to perform field-based patient visits are mandatory requirements.
