Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Per diem, Occupational Therapist for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. Shifts are on an as needed basis and there is no guarantee of specific hours.

Key Responsibilities

• will I do as an Occupational Therapist? * Monitors patients/clients response to treatment and modifies treatment during sessions, as indicated, in collaboration with the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.

• Must be able to communicate effectively between department staff, patients and other departments.

• conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy program in skilled nursing, residential institution, outpa.

• provide therapeutic exercise.

Requirements

• Ability to lift residents and spend extended time on their feet.

• Have stamina and strength to perform the job.

• Ability to use your hands to move a person’s body and provide therapeutic exercise.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
