Overview This position is responsible for recruiting physicians, physician extenders and/or CRNA’s. Responsible for compiling and maintaining lists of potential candidates by specialty and community.

Key Responsibilities

• A Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with qualified provider candidates.

• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education Bachelors Degree Minimum Work Experience Prior history in physician recruiting or hospital management/clinic experience preferred.

• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be willing to travel as extensively.

• Up to 75% of the travel time.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
