We seek a Value Based Care Physician Leader to support a growing team in Houston.

Key Responsibilities
The Medical Pod Leader is responsible for the clinical performance, quality outcomes, and productivity of their assigned clinical pod team. They will provide on-site supervision for advanced practice providers and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree and possess an unrestricted medical license and DEA registration. A minimum of 3 years of experience collaborating with advanced practice providers is preferred, along with board certification.
