Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dietitian provides medical case management and nutrition counseling to HIV+ individuals to improve health outcomes. They are responsible for developing individualized nutrition plans and evaluating the effectiveness of medical nutrition therapy interventions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics and be a Registered Dietitian (RD) through the CDR. Additionally, licensure as a dietitian in Kentucky and Indiana is required.
