Residential Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Residential Therapist stabilizes mental health symptoms in clients to improve their ability to adjust to home and community integration by providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups. Key duties include developing assessments, treatment plans, providing clinical direction to residential staff, and ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required, and the candidate must be license eligible, with a license being preferred. A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
