Position Requirements

Description
NAPA is seeking Full Time CRNAs to join our practice at Penn State Health
Lancaster Medical Center. Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center will give
residents of Lancaster and York counties additional access to Penn State
Health’s expertise and specialty services without having to make the drive to
Hershey. This brand new facility opened in the Summer of 2022. This acute care
facility will play a major role in helping Penn State Health reach its long-term
goal of making sure the people in the communities we serve are within

Location Facts

6 ORs and 2 Hybrid rooms 132 beds Supervision model Staffing model: 6 Anesthesiologists and 8-10 CRNAs No elective weekend cases Case Assignments Diverse case mix including ortho, healthy peds, light OB, urology, neurology, general, GI, TEE and EP lab.

Shifts
Flexible schedule options available
Shifts include 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts, no nights, weekends, holiday or call.
CRNA call is in house shift only
No elective weekend cases

Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse
Anesthetists
