• NAPA is seeking Full Time CRNAs to join our practice at Penn State Health
• Lancaster Medical Center. Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center will give residents of Lancaster and York counties additional access to Penn State
• Health’s expertise and specialty services without having to make the drive to

Hershey. This brand new facility opened in the Summer of 2022. This acute care facility will play a major role in helping Penn State Health reach its long-term goal of making sure the people in the communities we serve are within

Location Facts

• 6 ORs and 2 Hybrid rooms
• 132 beds
• Supervision model
• Staffing model: 6 Anesthesiologists and 8-10 CRNAs
• No elective weekend cases

Case Assignments

Diverse case mix including ortho, healthy peds, light OB, urology, neurology, general, GI, TEE and EP lab.

Shifts

Flexible Schedule Options Available

• Shifts include 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts, no nights, weekends, holiday or call.
• CRNA call is in house shift only
• No elective weekend cases

• Responsibilities
• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse
• Anesthetists
