Primary Care Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (DPC)

Key Responsibilities

The provider will serve as the primary clinician for a defined patient panel, delivering longitudinal primary care including preventive, chronic, and acute services. Responsibilities also include performing in-office procedures, documenting visits in the EHR, and collaborating with a medical assistant and supervising physician.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Texas license as an APRN-FNP or PA with at least two years of post-graduate experience in family or primary care. Applicants are required to have hands-on procedural experience, an active DEA registration, and current BLS certification.
