Key Responsibilities

The Associate Market Medical Director provides clinical leadership and administrative support to a group of providers while maintaining a patient-facing primary care practice. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, driving utilization management, and ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with the ArchWell Health model.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree with at least two years of post-residency experience and one year of recent value-based care experience. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
