Key Responsibilities
The physician will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients while maintaining accurate medical records. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical quality improvement programs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. A minimum of two years of experience managing high-acuity geriatric patients is required.
