Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing clinical social work services, including comprehensive discharge planning, crisis management, and psychosocial evaluations within hospital facilities. Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures while ensuring high standards of care through performance improvement activities.

Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program and an active, unrestricted LCSW license in Georgia. A minimum of 2 years of post-MSW clinical experience is preferred, along with proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
