The BCBA will provide remote clinical oversight and supervision for in-home ABA services while coaching behavior technicians. They are responsible for developing individualized behavior plans and leading virtual family training sessions to ensure consistent care.
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with the ability to perform periodic travel to the assigned market. The role requires proficiency in ABA principles and the ability to manage remote clinical teams effectively.
