Key Responsibilities
Provides group and individual diabetes education, including nutritional counseling and the development of individualized care plans. Manages blood glucose levels, medications, and medical devices while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical nutrition and at least two years of relevant experience. Must hold or be eligible for appropriate licensure as a Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist.
