Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their credentials evaluated as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards.
