  • Join an established, stable and well-respected Ob/Gyn Medical Group Practice setting of 5 Physicians and 1 Nurse Midwife
  • Nice mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
  • Great mix of surgical cases
  • 24/7 Ob Hospitalist coverage
  • 24/7 Neonatology in house
  • 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
  • 24/7 Pediatric Intensivist coverage
  • Ob/Gyn Residency Program
  • Clinic is attached to hospital in medical office building
  • Physician will have clinic hours at a partner FQHC in the area
  • Access to several pediatric Subspecialists
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob/Gyn
  • Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a collaborative medical group. Responsibilities include managing a mix of surgical cases and participating in a well-supported clinical environment with access to subspecialists.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified or board eligible in Ob/Gyn. A valid Illinois state medical license and DEA registration are required prior to the start date.
