Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

The psychologist will perform psychological evaluations, provide individual and group psychotherapy, and offer guidance to students to ensure their emotional and academic well-being. They are also responsible for collaborating with teaching staff, documenting student files, and intervening in crisis situations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid psychologist license from the Puerto Rico Board of Examiners and the Department of Health, along with active membership in the Puerto Rico Psychological Association. A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct intervention with students and specific training in suicide prevention are required.
