Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. They are responsible for providing skilled therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on mobility and safety strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning skills, the ability to work independently, and reliable transportation are required for this mobile role.
