Are you energized by building connections and driving growth? The Foothills Retirement Community, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, is seeking an Expansion Counselor to support the successful launch and occupancy of our new Independent Living residences.

• In this exciting role, you’ll partner with our Expansion Consultant and sales team to:
• Organize marketing events, open houses, and presentations
• Build relationships with referral sources and prospective residents
• Guide prospects through their journey from first inquiry to move-in day
• Keep our beautiful model units tour-ready and welcoming
• Maintain accurate sales data and track leads in our CRM system
• Assist with creating and implementing community-level marketing strategies
• Provide top-notch customer service and support for prospective residents and their families

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and motivated to meet occupancy goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Associate degree and 3+ years’ experience (hospitality, service management, or senior living preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
