Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker supports and advocates for dialysis patients, helping them manage the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. They build long-term relationships with patients and families to guide them through their rights and responsibilities in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice and meet all state regulations for dialysis settings. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of government and private insurance programs are required.
