The Lead Counselor provides treatment, counseling, and support to assist clients in their recovery from addictions and mental health disorders. They also lead group and individual sessions, prepare treatment plans, and provide guidance and training to other clinical staff.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a social services or mental health field and possess at least 2 years of post-Master’s professional experience. A valid, non-provisional license such as an LPC or LMSW is required, along with CPR and de-escalation training.
